ocean beach RESIDENCE

Designed for two avid surfers, the scope of this project involved the complete renovation of an existing two-story residence, the addition of a new third floor to accommodate the public spaces of the residence, and the design of new exterior elevations. The third floor of the project is conceived as a clear span space that allows for the uninterrupted connection of city to the east and ocean to the west.
