Sited at the edge of the dunes on the Delaware coast, this new residence has commanding views over the dunes and beach to the ocean beyond. Unlike many of the overbuilt homes that are rapidly changing the character of the Delaware shore, the design of this house sought to achieve a simplicity and appropriateness that has long characterized the architecture of this region.
