Perched on a ridge overlooking Briones Regional Park to the north and with an excellent southern exposure, this new residence was built on a lot that was previously considered to be unbuildable. To minimize the impact on the site, the house became a composition of two simple masses, connected and grounded to the site with terraces, landscape walls, and a garden/entry path.
