This wheelchair accessible new house is composed of two simple vernacular forms connected by an exterior breezeway. The house takes advantage of a spectacular site and a great southern exposure, and incorporates passive solar concepts such as cross-ventilation, significant thermal mass, solar-assisted radiant heating, and appropriate overhangs to help maintain even temperatures throughout the year.
